German Steel Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Steel Erection Foreman to join our team in the UAE.Job Summary:

The Steel Structure Erection Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the steel erection crew on-site. This role ensures that structural steelwork is erected safely, accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the erection of steel structures on-site.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate installation.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to erection crews.
• Ensure proper rigging, lifting, bolting, and welding practices are followed.
• Inspect tools, lifting gear, and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, crane operators, welders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to site management.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Train and mentor junior crew members in proper erection techniques.
