As a Chemical Engineer specializing in Production within the Cosmetic industry, your role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes of cosmetic products. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficiency in the production of a diverse range of cosmetic formulations.
Oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes of cosmetic products, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Implement and refine production strategies to meet demand and production targets.
Collaborate with the R&D team to scale up and optimize cosmetic formulations for large-scale production.
Ensure that formulations meet regulatory requirements and quality specifications.
Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality cosmetic products.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct routine testing and inspections.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment specific to cosmetic production.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cosmetic production.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
Optimize the use of raw materials, ensuring efficient utilization and minimal wastage.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure a steady supply of raw materials for cosmetic production.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Implement and monitor safety protocols within the cosmetic production environment.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in chemical engineering, specifically in the production of cosmetic products.
Min 4-5 years relevant experience required.
Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards in the cosmetic industry.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and process control.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
