Senior Manager, Executive AffairsLocation: Ajman Salary: Up to 30,000 AED per month plus family benefits A well-established education institution in Ajman is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Executive Affairs to support the executive leadership office.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing executive operations, driving key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between the Chancellor's priorities and institutional objectives.

This position acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership managing high-level communications, coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring effective execution of executive decisions. The role also oversees agenda management, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and operational oversight of the executive leadership's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and advisor to the leadership executive Coordinate high-level initiatives across academic and administrative units Manage executive communications and stakeholder engagement Oversee the leadership executive's agenda and briefing materials Track implementation of strategic decisions and projects Support governance, reporting, and policy documentation Lead operational and administrative functions of the office Coordinate high-level events and executive engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required;
• Master's preferred Arabic/English bilingual preferred 1015 years experience in executive-level administration/management Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience within higher education preferred
