HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Core duties include

• Develop and implement HR policies that protect both the company's interests and employees' wellbeing, while supporting overall team performance.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law across all employee dealings and company practices.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all employees, including personnel files and HR-related records.
• Oversee attendance tracking for full-time and part-time staff and implement or maintain an attendance system suited to the company's operations.
• Process payroll accurately based on attendance records.
• Foster discipline and professionalism among all staff, both office-based and on site.
• Handle visa processing and renewals, including preparing related budgets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, based on operational needs.
• Lead onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Coordinate training programs for employees, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and liaising with internal or external trainers.
• Help build and maintain a strong, positive workplace culture across all Departments.
• Issue waring and termination letters when necessary and conduct performance evaluations and consultations with underperforming employees.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR role.
• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu required.
• Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
