Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Auto Garage

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our auto garage team.

Responsibilities

● Welcome customers and follow up on vehicle status and service updates.

● Prepare quotations, invoices, and job cards.

● Handle cashier duties and daily cash reconciliation.

● Maintain bookkeeping records and organize financial documents.

● Manage inventory, spare parts, and stock records.

● Coordinate with technicians and monitor work progress.

● Supervise staff attendance, schedules, and daily operations.

● Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.

● Keep office records organized and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

● Previous experience in administration, preferably in an auto garage or automotive industry.

● Good knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel.

● Strong organizational and communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

● Experience with invoicing and inventory management.

● Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
