Site Civil (Engineer)

We are looking for Site Engineer with a 1-5 years work experience in Interior Design and Fit out, making BOQ's and knowledgeable of materials and finishing standers.

• planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts.
• reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks.
• organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts.
• conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation.
• determining project feasibility and giving approval.
• developing construction project budget estimates.
• collaborating with designers, clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals.
• resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in site management of interior design projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
