Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages tailored to a luxury clientele
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail trends relevant to a 5-star luxury setting
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience
• Ensure bar operations comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create innovative drink menus and pairing suggestions
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area
• Train junior staff on luxury service standards and advanced mixology techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• Exceptional knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail recipes, and current luxury beverage trends
• Proficient in advanced mixology techniques and presentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional guest service
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all drink preparations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a luxury hotel setting
• Must be currently in UAE
