Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Responsible for performing the HVAC maintenance tasks, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting maintenance task and other assigned maintenance on the campus facilities in a professional and safe way with considering the cost.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Able to take initiative to recommend improvements, or cost reductions
• Equipment and tools Knowledge.
• Technical Capabilities

Work Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience.
• Firefighting and fire alarm knowledge and experience is a plus

Language proficiency required

Basic communication skills in English.
