Multi-Property General Manager – Luxury Resorts

About the role

The Multi-Property General Manager will provide strategic leadership and commercial direction for The Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and other luxury resort assets within the portfolio. Reporting to senior regional leadership, this role balances brand excellence with financial performance to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑property business strategies that increase revenue, profitability and long‑term asset value.
• Lead all commercial functions including revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution, public relations and digital strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to grow market share, Rev
• PAR, ADR, occupancy and overall resort profitability.
• Oversee operational excellence across rooms, food & beverage, wellness, recreation, finance, engineering and support functions while maintaining Ritz‑Carlton service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott operating standards, legal requirements, safety protocols and risk‑management practices.
• Build, mentor and inspire high‑performing executive teams, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion and excellence.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines across the portfolio.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and key stakeholders, aligning business goals with brand strategies.
• Required profile
• Extensive experience as a General Manager of ultra‑luxury resorts.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience overseeing sales, marketing and revenue management functions.
• Exceptional owner and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a high‑performance environment.
