Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, hospitality, and project sites. The successful candidate will lead cleaning teams, maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver excellent service to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in facilities management or commercial cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities of cleaning staff across multiple sites.
• Prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all cleaning activities.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning chemicals, machinery, tools, and PPE.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, daily reports, inspection checklists, and performance evaluations.
• Address client concerns and resolve cleaning-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for cleaning personnel.
• Coordinate deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and special cleaning projects.
• Support emergency cleaning requirements and operational requirements as directed by management.
• Monitor staff productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Report equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, incidents, and accidents to management immediately.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, site supervisors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in housekeeping, cleaning operations, or facilities management is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading cleaning teams.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to prepare schedules, reports, and inspection records.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
