Civil Engineer - Office Coordinator

Role

Supporting site engineers and complementing tasks relating to engineering.

Provide administrative support for our office including tender estimation, contracts and specifications

Analyze project performance and identify delays or inefficiencies.

Identify project progress for facilitating and tracking payments.

Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management.

Support planning and scheduling activities.

Review technical documents, drawings, and work programs.

Organizing and executing tasks relating to Municipality and other relevant governmental organizations.

Education/Skills

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.

Starting Salary: AED 3 000.00 per month
