Apt Resources is seeking passionate and customer-focused baristas to join our client's team in Montenegro, Europe. We are looking for individuals with experience in specialty coffee preparation who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings.

As a barista, you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding café experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or training in hospitality, food & beverage, or barista skills is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a barista in a high-volume café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be currently in UAE.

Benefits

EUR 700 net salary plus tips plus monthly performance bonus (2% of the outlet's revenue, shared among eligible team members) plus shared accommodation.
