Safety Officer (Construction)

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on construction sites

 Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.

 Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations.

 Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.

 Prepare risk assessments, method statement reviews, and safety reports.

 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

 Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices.

 Coordinate emergency response activities and safety drills.

 Maintain HSE documentation and records.

Requirements

 Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline.

 NEBOSH IGC certification preferred.

 Additional HSE trainings and Certifications will be an added advantage .

 Minimum 2–5 years of construction safety experience.

 Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment.

 Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
