Job Summary

BigTapp is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Banking Analytics to support enterprise reporting, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in BI reporting and banking data analysis.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and Banking Data Analytics
• Good understanding of Banking Finance, Operations, and Reporting processes
• Expertise in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting validation
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT support
• Familiarity with cloud and modern data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and source system teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Develop business specifications, Power BI dashboards, and analytical reports
• Perform data analysis, validation, and support BAU reporting activities
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support UAT activities including test scenario preparation and result validation
• Ensure compliance with banking governance, regulatory, and reporting standards
• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and analytical specifications

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Power BI
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Banking Data & Analytics
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks preferred

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking Finance or Regulatory Reporting environments
• Exposure to enterprise analytics and dashboard modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics and reporting ecosystems

Work Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Banking Data Analytics, Power BI Reporting, and SQL-based Data Analysis
• Proven experience supporting banking business stakeholders and enterprise reporting functions
