Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops provided to develop sales competencies.
• Learn to identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
• Shadow experienced sales executives to observe and understand sales processes and client interactions.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts under guidance.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Career.zycto's products and services.
• Engage with prospective clients through various channels to introduce our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential and existing clients.
