Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect

The project

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of business and technology solutions across major programmes.

The role requires strong architectural leadership to ensure scalable, secure and integrated systems, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to drive cohesive, value-led outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for

• Defining and governing enterprise and solution architecture across business systems, project platforms and digital programmes.
• Supporting business requirements capture and translating strategic and operational needs into clear architectural roadmaps and solution designs.
• Coordinating stakeholders across business, delivery and technology functions to ensure requirements are understood, prioritised and effectively delivered.
• Working closely with the Procore systems team to ensure successful integration between project delivery platforms and enterprise systems.
• Leading architecture design across platforms including Procore Technologies, Oracle Corporation, Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Corporation and related business applications.
• Developing target architectures, transition states and implementation roadmaps for strategic programmes.
• Ensuring solutions are production-ready, supportable, scalable and successfully adopted by the business.
• Defining integration standards, API strategies, data flows and interoperability models across complex system landscapes.
• Providing technical governance and design assurance across suppliers, system integrators and delivery partners.
• Supporting data governance, cyber resilience and enterprise controls within architecture decisions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on digital strategy, system optimisation and future-state capabilities.
• Mentoring architects, analysts and digital team members on best practice and architecture standards.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have

• Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Enterprise or Solution Architect experience within large, complex programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Procore, Oracle, Primavera P6, SharePoint and related tools.
• Competence in designing target architectures, integration models and transition roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware and multi-system environments.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.immigration and client approval.
