Senior Advisory Consultant (HR Consulting & Capability Building)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisory Consultant to join a growing HR Consulting and Capability Building practice in Riyadh. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong consulting expertise who is passionate about delivering strategic people solutions, leading client engagements, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting projects across Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessment & Management, and HR Process Consulting.
• Ensure the successful execution of consulting engagements while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Partner with the sales team as a subject matter expert to develop tailored consulting solutions for prospective clients.
• Prepare and review proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation to support business development activities.
• Represent the organisation as a thought leader through webinars, roundtables, conferences, and other industry events.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the consulting and capability building practice.

Requirements

• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, capability building, or organisational development.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, leadership development, talent management, and HR process consulting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
