Service Director - MEA/Africa Region

This position handles O&M management for the MEA/Africa region and follows a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibility

1. Build, manage, and lead an international O&M team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and personnel deployment.

2. Organize team training and technical exchange activities to enhance the team's overall skills and professional knowledge.

3. Ensure O&M operations comply with international safety standards and regulations and establish a sound safety management system.

4. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the quality and reliability of O&M operations.

5. Prepare and control the O&M budget, reasonably arrange O&M expenses, and reduce O&M costs.

6. Analyze cost data to identify opportunities and measures for cost optimization.

7. Establish good working relationships with international suppliers and service providers, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth O&M operations.

8. Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders such as local government authorities and grid companies in the project location to ensure compliant operations and a favorable external environment.

9. Collect and analyze O&M data, evaluate wind farm performance, and provide regular O&M reports and improvement recommendations.

10. Use data analysis to optimize O&M strategies and decision-making.

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

2.Minimum 10 years of experience in O&M management for wind power projects; international project experience is preferred.

3.Familiarity with international O&M standards and practices in the wind power industry.

4.Fluency in English and with additional international language skills considered a plus.

5.Proficiency in relevant O&M management software and tools.

6.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

7.Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coordinate a multicultural team.

8.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to enable effective collaboration with international stakeholders.

9.High adaptability and resilience to handle various challenges and changes in international projects.
