Event Director / Operations Director

Talent BluePrint is seeking a senior leader to join us full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee our staffing operations team, lead client relationships, and drive the growth of our agency across the region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and lead Talent BluePrint’s internal staffing operations team

✅ Work closely with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for staffing solutions

✅ Plan and oversee deployment of ushers, hostesses, and other event staff for large-scale sporting, cultural, and experiential events

✅ Ensure seamless operational readiness for high-volume staffing projects

✅ Develop new business opportunities and expand Talent BluePrint’s client portfolio in KSA and beyond

✅ Collaborate with leadership to strengthen processes, systems, and long-term growth strategies

✨ Ideal Candidate

✔️ 8+ years’ experience in event operations, staffing management, or agency leadership

✔️ Proven expertise in large-scale events (sporting, cultural, exhibitions, experiential)

✔️ Strong client-facing, stakeholder management & business development skills

✔️ Ability to manage high-volume staffing operations (ushers, hostesses, hospitality, logistics, etc.)

✔️ Strategic thinker with the drive to expand and grow an agency’s footprint

✔️ Based in Riyadh or open to relocation
