Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural and Urban Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves designing and planning urban projects of various scales, contributing to masterplan developments, mixed-use projects, and collaborating with other disciplines across the firm.

Responsibilities include 2D and 3D modelling, preparing design documentation, devising and presenting concepts, and coordinating and aligning our efforts with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and qualifications in architecture and / or urban design (landscape design background also acceptable)
• Highly proficient in Rhino and AutoCAD
• Experience with rendering, drafting, and visualization tools (such as D5, Enscape, and AI models)
• Ability to use ArcGIS is a big bonus
• Revit capabilities are a good to have (but not strictly needed)
• Experience in aligning with KSA rules and regulations is helpful
• Collaboration with wider team members and stakeholders is expected, so must be a team player
• Demonstrable experience in urban design / masterplanning / landscape design is expected for this role
• Experience in integrating AI with design will be asked in the interview, and expected as standard

This role is a full time 'in office' role based in Riyadh, KSA. Hybrid / remote working is not accepted for this role, at this time.
