Trainee – Vendor Relationship Management

Training Purpose

This 6-month training opportunity is designed to provide practical exposure to procurement operations, vendor relationship management, supplier onboarding, and Oracle-based procurement processes. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in supporting vendor data accuracy, supplier communication, compliance follow-up, and procurement activities under the guidance of the Procurement Team.

Key Training Areas — The trainee will be trained in:

• Vendor registration and onboarding through Oracle Procurement Cloud or related systems
• Maintaining and updating vendor master data accurately
• Supporting supplier performance tracking and documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments on vendor-related matters
• Following up on supplier compliance requirements, including documents and certificates
• Managing vendor communication, including emails, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Supporting RFQs, tenders, and supplier evaluation activities
• Understanding procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements
• Preparing basic reports and dashboards to support procurement tracking

Qualifications — The trainee will need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance.
• Basic understanding of procurement or vendor management concepts
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good English language skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a professional procurement environment
