A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team for large-scale hotel and hospitality projects in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, and project commissioning.
Review and optimize designs for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and gas systems
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), NFPA, ASHRAE standards
Evaluate equipment like chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and fire systems
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams using BIM tools
Lead testing & commissioning (TAB, fire systems, gas testing)
Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality & safety standards
Manage documentation, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
Provide on-site leadership during installation and pre-opening phases
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC
SCE Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 10+ years experience in large-scale projects (Hotels, Hospitals, Malls)
Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & gas systems
Experience with hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG preferred)
Experience leading teams and handling commissioning projects
