Corporate Legal Associate

We are seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join a leading international law firm's Riyadh-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to be involved in high-profile corporate transactions across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions.

You will work across the full spectrum of corporate transactions, from strategic planning and due diligence to post-closing integration. The role involves extensive client engagement, cross-border collaboration, and exposure to sectors including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and ECM.

What We’re Looking For
