Support the Head of KG in overseeing curriculum delivery, classroom standards, and teacher development

Help design and implement an engaging, age-appropriate early years program based on international best practices

Provide mentorship and coaching to KG teachers and assistants

Foster a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports each child’s growth

Collaborate with parents, specialists, and school leadership to ensure student success

Drive innovation and maintain high standards of teaching and learning

✅ What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum 5 years of KG/early years classroom experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role

Strong understanding of early childhood development and international KG frameworks (EYFS, Common Core, or Reggio Emilia preferred)

Native-level or fluent English speaker

Culturally adaptable, empathetic, and skilled in team leadership
