Role Description The Purchasing personnel role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jiddah. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

The Purchasing personnel will monitor inventory levels, verify pricing and terms, and maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. This position is responsible for evaluating vendor performance, comparing quotations, and supporting cost-effective procurement decisions.

The role also includes collaborating with internal departments to understand requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, including supplier coordination and documentation.
• Experience in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders from request to fulfillment.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating quotes, monitoring costs, and optimizing purchasing decisions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and proficiency with procurement or ERP software.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to work on-site in Jiddah and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement roles; automotive sector experience is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
