Senior Governance Officer

National Finance House is seeking a Senior Governance Officer

to join our Compliance Department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in

strengthening the Company's corporate governance framework and ensuring ongoing

compliance with the governance requirements issued by the Saudi Central Bank

(SAMA).

Key Responsibilities

1 Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Company's corporate

governance framework

2 Review and maintain governance policies, Board and Committee Charters, and related

governance documents

3 Monitor the implementation of Board and Committee resolutions and follow up with the

relevant business units

4 Ensure compliance with SAMA governance requirements and internal governance policies

5 Coordinate governance-related reports, regulatory submissions, and management updates

6 Monitor conflict of interest disclosures, related-party transactions, and governance

registers

7 Review and monitor the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework and governance controls

8 Follow up on governance observations raised by Internal Audit, External Audit, and

SAMA, and monitor corrective actions until closure

9 Support governance assessments and continuous improvement initiatives across the

Company
