Partner with the best

As a Process Quality Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting cell and quality team in daily auditing operations in packaging to ISO and BH standards
• Partnering with operational leaders to assure cell operations are smooth and in compliance with all applicable procedures
• Recording findings in BH related tools
• Publishing and monitoring quality metrics for observations and punch list found during the execution phases
• Driving cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, with lean methods, aimed at flawless execution, eliminating “waste” tied to the metrics of escaping defects and observations/punch list
• Leading quality toolbox awareness in the shop
• Performing and driving NCA/RCA on observations, punch list, and escaping defects
• Monitoring quality programs execution and quality indicators performance, such as weekly defects reviews and quarterly QMR
• Ensuring effective implementation of quality control processes
• Creating and reviewing work instructions and procedures whenever needed for manufacturing processes

To be successful in this role you will

• Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment
• Have strong leadership skills
• Have the ability to work in a global environment
• Have excellent functional and technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills
