Maintenance Mechanic Engineer

1- Supervises fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities inside the plant.

2- Conducts study on modification and installation of the machines and equipment’s Conceptualize Project design for approval with the Department In-Charge Conducts theoretical computations and analysis on the equipment and materials to be Used in the projects.

3- Assist Mechanical designer in completion of approved mechanical design plans and shop Drawings.

4- Prepares Materials and Project Estimates,

5- Prepares Project costing.

6- Prepares Material for requisitions and In charge w/ the inspection of the delivered Materials for projects.

7- Prepares Daily Task monitoring and Material Requisition monitoring reports.

8- Prepares As-Built plans of the completed project.

9- Provides Technical support on all mechanical related works inside the plant.

10- Upgrading the equipment on all production lines and developing new machines.

11- Completing assigned design tasks as scheduled.

12- Assisting the department manager in all design work

13-following HSE rules and mastering the company’s major environmental factors and potential dangers, monitoring and identify the department’s environmental factors and potential dangers, timely renewing and instructing the department’s employees in identifying environmental factors and dangers.

Accountability & Authority

Maintenance Mechanical Engineer is accountable to the Maintenance Manager of Al-Qahtani PCK through

• Regular reporting on the implementation of the Maintenance management
• Completion of assigned job
• Key Performance Targets.

Maintenance Mechanical Engineer have an authority to make decisions and act on any matter regarding conformance & integrity of Maintenance management within area of responsibility.
