Senior Landscape Architect (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is recruiting a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an On-site role in Saudi Arabia where you will lead the design and planning of outdoor spaces that are sustainable, functional, and visually compelling. We expect strong expertise in horticulture, design principles, and project management to deliver high-quality landscape architecture services.

You will be responsible for leading landscape design projects from concept through to completion. That includes site analysis, design development, and detailing, and preparing detailed design presentations, reports, and documentation needed for regulatory approvals and client reviews.

You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with goals and expectations.

The role requires conducting site assessments and environmental analyses to inform design decisions, using sustainable practices and materials. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and environmental regulations.

Mentoring and guiding junior landscape architects and other team members is part of the role, as is staying updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals is also expected.

Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and other team members, providing support and sharing expertise.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Education, experience and technical expectations are stated clearly

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types.
Proven experience managing complex landscape projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices, horticultural science, and landscape design software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
Licensure as a Landscape Architect (or equivalent) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local and regional landscape architecture principles and trends in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
