Role Description

The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for leading and developing the sales function. This role oversees sales strategy, target setting, and performance management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strong client relationships.

Day-to-day activities include managing and mentoring the sales team, driving account management initiatives, monitoring sales pipelines, and identifying new business opportunities. The Head of Sales collaborates closely with senior leadership to align sales objectives with business goals, while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The role also includes preparing sales forecasts and reports, optimizing processes, and representing the organization in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated Team Management experience, including coaching, performance oversight, and talent development.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or insurance are a plus.
