Head of Marketing

The Position

As our Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, oversee brand positioning, and manage the product lifecycle. You will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective campaigns, pricing strategies, and market insights, while being a key contributor to the leadership team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee brand and product development to align with market demands and company objectives.-Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability.-Plan and execute successful product launches to ensure strong market entry.-Design and manage advertising campaigns, including digital and social media, to enhance brand visibility.-Monitor market trends and sales performance to inform strategic decisions and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master Degree is preferred.-10 years experience in multi- brand marketing or related roles.-Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.-Experience in overseeing brand development, advertising campaigns, and sales performance analysis.-Proficiency to design and execute impactful promotional campaigns, including digital and social media, to drive consumer-like engagement and brand visibility.-Competence in preparing accurate forecasts and budgets, monitoring financial performance, and adjusting plans to meet financial targets.-Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments, to implement brand changes and improvements.-Ability to track and evaluate sales performance, using data-driven insights to adapt strategies and improve patients outcomes.-Strong communication skills with ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
