Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership and management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/management systems.
• Experience in educational institutions, arts centers, or children’s enrichment programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of the center, ensuring excellence across all functions.
• Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of all programs and services.
• Oversee customer experience, enrollment, memberships, and client retention.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Supervise marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement activities.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand and enhance programs and services.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term growth of the center.
