Job Overview

Town Planning Advisory is seeking an experienced and strategic Urban Planning Lead to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this leadership role, you will oversee urban planning projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of urban planning and master planning projects.

Manage project teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate with government agencies, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and review planning reports, technical studies, and development strategies.

Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and industry standards.

Mentor junior planners and contribute to business development initiatives.

Present project proposals and planning recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a related field.

Proven experience leading urban planning or master planning projects.

Strong knowledge of planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainable development practices.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage.
