Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance and operational activities, ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience in maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor the performance of equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate timely repairs and solutions.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with technicians and other teams to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and service activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within maintenance and operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Experience in managing maintenance activities and coordinating with technical teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
