What You’ll Do

• Develop and improve formulations for cement, coatings, and adhesive products
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Conduct material testing and performance analysis
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and chemical processing issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams
• Prepare technical reports and recommend process improvements

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and material formulation
• Experience with cement production, industrial coatings, or adhesive manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality control testing and laboratory procedures
• Understanding of industrial safety and environmental regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation & Benefits
