Title: Contract Manager – Fit Out (Interior & Construction)

We are urgently looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong Fit Out / Interior Construction background to manage contracts, commercial activities, and project documentation. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling fit out projects, subcontractor management, claims, variations, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer project contracts from award to completion.
• Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and commercial issues.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide contractual advice to management.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Support project delivery while maintaining quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract management within Fit Out / Interior / Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract procedures.
• Experience with commercial negotiations, claims, and variations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in GCC projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Fit out project experience (Hotels, Commercial, Retail, Luxury projects).
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
