Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Executive with proven experience in the F&B industry. The candidate must be skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, and delivery platform management.

The role requires strong coordination with influencers, bloggers, and third-party delivery platforms to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.

Create and schedule engaging content, promotions, and campaigns.

Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations.

Meta Advertising

Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance, audience targeting, and return on investment (ROI).

Generate leads, increase online orders, and improve brand engagement through paid advertising.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design marketing materials, social media posts, flyers, menus, banners, and promotional content.

Create attractive visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns.

Photography & Videography

Conduct professional food photography and product shoots.

Plan and execute video shoots for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

Edit and produce high-quality videos and reels for digital platforms.

Influencer & Blogger Management

Identify and coordinate with food bloggers, influencers, and media partners.

Organize promotional visits, reviews, and collaboration campaigns.

Track campaign results and ensure maximum brand exposure.

Delivery Platform Management

Manage and monitor delivery applications such as

Talabat

Snoonu

Rafeeq

Keeta

Coordinate promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on delivery platforms.

Monitor product listings, menus, pricing, and online visibility.

Follow up with account managers to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the F&B industry.

Certified and experienced in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management.

Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.

Experience in photography, videography, and video editing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience working with influencers, bloggers, and media agencies.

Knowledge of food delivery platforms and online ordering systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Qatar or GCC market.

Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.

Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Pay: QAR3,759.07 - QAR7,406.99 per month
