Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present property listings to prospective buyers and provide detailed information on financing and market conditions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-oriented role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Salary

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from 60 to 120 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
