Digital Experience Specialist (UI/UX)

We are seeking a "Senior Digital Experience Specialist" to assess and improve a complex digital ecosystem across multiple user groups.

The role requires someone who can evaluate the full experience across websites, portals, user journeys, content, processes, and operational handoffs.

Key responsibilities

• Audit websites, portals, and digital services.
• Identify usability issues, fragmented journeys, and service gaps.
• Assess navigation, information architecture, forms, search, accessibility, and mobile experience.
• Map current-state journeys and define future-state improvements.
• Benchmark leading digital platforms.
• Develop concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate recommendations into practical functional and technology requirements.
• Produce a prioritised experience improvement roadmap.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in UI/UX, service design, digital product strategy, journey mapping, and complex transactional platforms.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond interfaces and connect user needs, business processes, and technology into one coherent experience.
