We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will lead architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution, ensuring high-quality design solutions, technical excellence, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through detailed design and construction.

Coordinate and manage project delivery, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with project objectives.

Develop creative and innovative design solutions while meeting client requirements, project budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with internal design teams, engineers, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Monitor project progress and supervise the performance of the design team and subconsultants.

Make informed design and technical decisions to resolve project challenges efficiently.

Prepare, review, and oversee architectural drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Deliver professional presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Support business development activities when required, including design proposals and competitions.

Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Professional registration/licensure is an advantage.

Minimum of 7–15 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated responsibility for leading complex projects.

Proven experience delivering projects from concept design through construction.

Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction systems, materials, and technical detailing.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants.

Excellent understanding of design development processes within an international, fast-paced, and competitive work environment.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Experience leading client meetings, workshops, and design presentations.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM workflows is highly desirable.
