We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Digital / Engineering) who can lead cross-functional teams and ensure seamless delivery of high-impact digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end execution of digital and engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Cross-Team Coordination: Align stakeholders across product, engineering, and design to maintain clear objectives and priorities.

Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project delivery frameworks, sprint execution, and operational workflows.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and structured updates to internal leadership and external partners.

Quality Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet technical standards and user experience expectations.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ years in project or program management within digital, software, or engineering environments, including leadership exposure.

Proven Delivery Record: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital projects from initiation to completion.

Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.

Tooling: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.

Language Skills: English (B2/C1) required; additional languages are an advantage.

Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading teams through complex delivery challenges.

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
