Job Brief

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Estimator Tendering to join our client's construction team in Qatar.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who can independently manage the complete tendering lifecycle for Civil and MEP projects, from technical review to final commercial submission.

You will play a critical role in cost planning, bid strategy, and overall project profitability, working closely with management to deliver competitive and accurate tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire tendering process independently for Civil and MEP projects
• Study and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare accurate cost, time, and resource estimates
• Prepare and submit technical proposals and commercial proposals
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Float enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate quotations
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and management during tender finalization
• Ensure estimates are competitive, well-documented, and submitted within deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) mandatory
• Postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering procedures, and contract requirements

Experience & Skills

• 1520 years of experience in estimation and tendering for Civil & MEP projects
• Proven ability to manage full tendering independently
• Strong expertise in technical and commercial bid preparation
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
