What you'll do

• Lead mobility operations, fleet management, and automotive technology initiatives
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fleet efficiency and performance
• Oversee fleet intelligence systems, vehicle tracking, and mobility technology platforms
• Manage transportation operations, logistics coordination, and service delivery standards
• Monitor operational KPIs, fleet utilization, and cost optimization metrics
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and operational regulations
• Collaborate with technology, engineering, and operations teams on mobility solutions
• Manage vendor relationships, vehicle operations, and maintenance planning
• Drive innovation in smart mobility, fleet automation, and connected vehicle solutions
• Lead and mentor operations and fleet management teams

Requirements

• Experience in mobility operations, fleet management, automotive technology, or transportation leadership
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, mobility systems, or logistics management
• Leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage large-scale operational and technology-driven projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
