Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, and portioning ingredients, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
• Work alongside the Head Chef to craft and refine creations, incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts
