Automation & DCS Engineer in KSA (Honeywell Experience Preferred)

About This Role

VirtuThinko is seeking an Automation & DCS Engineer to support industrial automation projects in Dahran, KSA, by delivering engineering, migration, commissioning, and lifecycle support services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), with Honeywell TPS and Experion PKS experience being highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the migration of legacy Honeywell TPS systems to Experion PKS.

Perform DCS engineering, configuration, testing, and system integration.

Execute commissioning activities, including FDS/DDS preparation, P&ID reviews, I/O loop checks, and FAT/SAT.

Develop and maintain HMI, GUS, TPS Graphics, and Orion Console displays.

Configure and support Honeywell Experion C300 controllers and related hardware.

Troubleshoot DCS hardware and software issues and provide lifecycle support.

Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or DCS engineering.

Experience in DCS migration, commissioning, and lifecycle support.

Strong understanding of industrial control systems, P&IDs, FAT/SAT, and commissioning processes.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, Honeywell TPS, C300 Controllers, - GUS, TPS Graphics, and Orion Console.

Experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or process industries.

Honeywell certifications are an advantage.

Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD2,000.000 per month
