Resource & Inventory Management: Determine and secure necessary resources, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce, and oversee inventory levels.

Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance and troubleshooting for production machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and foster a safe work environment for all personnel.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and sales, to coordinate activities and ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and communicate progress and issues to upper management. Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, with a strong foundation in ship repair processes.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the ship repair or maritime industry, showcasing a proven track record.
