We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-in Shadow Teacher / Autism Caregiver for a private family in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The position involves providing one-to-one support for a 5-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide full-time one-to-one support for the child.
• Assist with daily routines, learning, and developmental activities.
• Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
• Implement behavioral strategies based on the child’s individual needs.
• Work closely with the family to ensure consistent care and progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Experience as a Shadow Teacher, ABA Therapist, Special Needs Caregiver, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and able to build a positive relationship with children.
• Good communication skills.
• Live-in position (accommodation provided by the family).

💰 Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on qualifications and experience.
