Salary: OMR 3,200 per month

ZentraBond Energy is seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Principal Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will lead structural engineering activities for energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring designs meet safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting successful project execution from concept through completion.

Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing structural designs and calculations, performing engineering analysis, ensuring compliance with local and international engineering codes, and providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.

The Principal Structural Engineer will oversee structural integrity assessments, support construction and site activities, and contribute to project planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

The role also involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery, resolving technical challenges, and mentoring junior engineering staff. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing structural solutions that enhance project performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with extensive experience in structural engineering within the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, along with strong knowledge of steel and concrete structures, is essential. Professional engineering certifications and project leadership experience are highly desirable.
