What You'll Own

• Develop, maintain, and drive the master project schedule from feasibility through mechanical completion
• Translate engineering designs and procurement timelines into actionable, resource-loaded execution plans
• Monitor critical path activities and proactively flag deviations before they become delays
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and variance analyses for senior stakeholders
• Forecast resource requirements and optimize allocation to prevent idle time and cost overruns
• Identify, assess, and mitigate scheduling risks across all project phases
• Ensure all planning deliverables meet client standards and contractual milestones

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong command of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, critical path methodology, and earned value management
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working on projects in Oman or the GCC region is a distinct advantage
