Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. This pivotal role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the organization's strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence across all HR functions.

Core Responsibilities

• Employee Relations Management: Monitor, track, and resolve employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring consistent follow-up and documentation.
• Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies in alignment with Omani labor law and organizational standards.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding programs.
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal cycle, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workforce productivity.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and track employee development plans to build internal capabilities.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data integrity, process personnel actions (promotions, transfers, separations), and generate HR metrics reports.
• Management Support: Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line managers on disciplinary actions, grievance handling, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Engagement & Culture: Champion employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications to strengthen employer branding and retention.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or large local organization within Oman.
• In-depth knowledge of Omani Labor Law, Ministry of Labour regulations, and Omanization requirements.
• Proven track record in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or local systems) and MS Office Suite.
• CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Experience with HR analytics and workforce reporting.
• Familiarity with compensation & benefits administration, including GOSI and end-of-service calculations.
• Change management and organizational development exposure.
• Conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation expertise.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
